In April of this year, a subsidiary of Eve Holding, Inc. (“Eve” or the “Company”) (NYSE: EVEX; EVEXW) and Falcon Aviation Services (“Falcon”), a leading operator of commercial aviation services in Middle East and North Africa, signed a letter of intent (LoI) for up to 35 electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.

With deliveries estimated to begin in 2026, the partnership will showcase the first eVTOL sightseeing flights from the Atlantis hotel in Dubai’s Palm Tree.

Eve and Falcon will work together with stakeholders and local authorities to support the development of the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem in the United Arab Emirates.

Falcon Chief Operating Officer Captain Ramandeep Oberoi added: “We are delighted to partner with Eve and be the first eVTOL operator in Dubai and the MENA region. Launching this idea fully aligns with Smart Dubai’s vision and will contribute to position the emirate as a world leader in sustainable urban air mobility transport”.
